In 2016, Moriconi Flowers, Ltd. was formed to better serve individuals and companies in traditional and non-traditional industries. Successfully representing and licensing several medical marijuana permit winners through all stages of the application process in a highly competitive environment, Moriconi Flowers Ltd. established an unparalleled network of ancillary service providers, governmental leaders, financial backers and industry experts in order to best serve clients across multiple industries.
More recently, the Firm has secured competitive medical cannabis wins in Georgia, New Jersey, New York, and a host of others in the adult-use cannabis markets for cultivation, manufacturing, and retail licensing on the east coast.

Represented a Licensed DEA Cannabis and Psilocybin Company
Moriconi Flowers Ltd. represents a licensed DEA cannabis company and its affiliates/subsidiaries in the regulated hemp and cannabis markets. We have been providing assistance to the company and its principals since its inception, offering science-based custom cannabinoid formulations designed to meet consumer and market needs. Additionally, we represent a licensed DEA psilocybin company that holds a psilocybin research permit and is in line to receive a bulk manufacturing permit from the DEA. These two companies serve as ideal examples of the symbiotic relationship between our law firm and regulated substance companies, covering aspects ranging from corporate cannabis compliance to capital strategies, application submission, inspection, and operations.
Two Firm clients came together in Pennsylvania to form Restore Integrative Wellness Center LLC. The Firm went on to assist this team in winning two (2) out of fifty (50) available medical cannabis licenses in Pennsylvania (2017 and 2018) and opening the first medical cannabis dispensary in Philadelphia history. Today, Restore has six (6) retail locations in and around the Philadelphia metro region. The Firm continues is string of success with Restore in winning one (1) of fifteen (15) medical cannabis retail permits in New Jersey (2021), now located in Glassboro, NJ. The Firm proudly continues to represent Restore.
Justin Moriconi formed DocHouse and put together a competitive team that won one (1) of twenty-five (25) cultivator/processors licenses in Pennsylvania (2018). After successful project development, DocHouse was acquired by Ayr Wellness Inc. in 2020. The Firm continues to represent Ayr and DocHouse.
The Firm put together a competitive team of industry professionals to build and open a vertical cannabis operation in Massachusetts (2020) called Berkley Botanicals. Berkley continues to expand its retail footprint in Massachusetts and is actively cultivating and manufacturing best-in-class cannabis products.
Ted Flowers formed and put together the team that won one (1) of fifteen (15) medical cannabis retail permits in New Jersey (2021), now located in Atlantic City, NJ.
