Justin Serianni graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2006. Following graduation, Mr. Serianni served the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a law clerk to the Hon. Susan Peikes Gantman of the Pennsylvania Superior Court, which is the Commonwealth’s intermediate appeals court. In 2008, Mr. Serianni earned an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy for Temple University Beasley School of Law, one of the most prestigious law degrees in the nation.
Mr. Serianni's focuses his practice on commercial litigation and consulting. He has extensive experience litigating commercial breach of contract cases, construction cases, landlord-tenant disputes, disputes involving the shareholders and members of closely-held companies, and reviewing and drafting commercial instruments such as contracts, leases, and commercial loan agreements.
Mr. Serianni is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
He resides in Philadelphia with his wife and daughters.
